Project Manager

Location: Arar, Northern Frontier, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects within the approved scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of all project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project phases from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards across all project sites.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are achieved.
• Monitor the quality of work.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and schedules.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, challenges, and delays, propose corrective actions, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support, coach, and guide project team members to ensure effective execution of tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout all phases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and project requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in developing operational enhancement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and team coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is preferred.
